How to Order

You need a Chesspoint account to subscribe. If you don't have one, sign up with your email and a password on the signup page. Already a user? Log in at /login.

Go to the Membership page where you will see the Chesspoint Membership, its features, and the price (€4.99/month, EUR, recurring monthly).

Read the product description, the Terms & Conditions, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Your order is binding, so take a minute to read them.

On the Membership page you must tick a mandatory checkbox confirming both:

• Your agreement to the Terms and the Refund Policy, and

• Your express consent to begin performance of the digital service immediately, acknowledging that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

Only after the checkbox is ticked does the "Subscribe" button become active.

You are redirected to Monri WebPay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. Enter your card details on the Monri page. Chesspoint never sees, stores, or processes your full card number, CVV, or expiry date.

On successful payment your membership is activated immediately (within a few seconds, and in any event within 24 hours). You will also receive an invoice/receipt by email at the address on your account. Keep this email — it is your proof of purchase and contains written confirmation of the consents you gave at checkout.
