Chesspoint is an educational chess platform that provides:

• Text-based educational content and lessons

• Interactive puzzles and training exercises

• Chess analysis tools and features

• Video lessons (planned for future release)

Chesspoint is currently in pre-launch phase. Current membership includes access to text-based content. Video lessons are planned for future release and will be available to all active members at no additional cost.

3. Subscription and Pricing

3.1 Subscription Model

Chesspoint Membership is available as a monthly subscription:

• Price: €3.99 per month (EUR)

• Billing: Recurring monthly subscription

• Auto-renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled

• Cancel anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

3.2 Payment Terms

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee of €3.99 (EUR) per month

• Provide accurate payment information

• Authorize automatic monthly charges to your payment method

• Understand that prices may change with advance notice

4. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds of money are available within 14 days of initial purchase under certain conditions

• You may cancel your subscription at any time

• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of money for the current billing period
