1. Refund Policy

1.1 Refund Eligibility

Chesspoint offers refunds of money under the following conditions:

• 14-Day Refund Window: You may request a refund of money within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.

• Content Consumption Limit: Refunds of money are only available if you have not substantially consumed the educational content. Substantial consumption means:

  • Completing more than 25% of available text-based lessons

  • Accessing more than 50% of available preview content

• Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing the service and we cannot resolve them within 48 hours, you may be eligible for a refund of money.

1.2 Refund Process

To request a refund of money:

1. Send an email to chesspoint.io@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request"

2. Include your account email address and the date of purchase

3. Explain the reason for your refund request

We will process refund requests within 5-7 business days. Refunds of money will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

1.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds of money will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• More than 14 days have passed since the initial purchase

• You have substantially consumed the content (as defined above)

• The refund request is made after cancellation of an active subscription (cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of money for the current billing period)

• Violation of our Terms & Conditions

2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

1. Logging into your account and accessing the subscription settings

2. Sending an email to chesspoint.io@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and your account email address

2.2 When Billing Stops

Important: When you cancel your subscription:

• No immediate cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period

• Access continues: You will continue to have access to all membership features until the end of the paid period

• No further charges: After the current billing period ends, no additional charges will be made. Your subscription will not renew automatically.

• No refund for current period: Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of money for the current billing period. You have already received access for the period you paid for.

2.3 Billing Model

Chesspoint Membership is billed as follows:

• Price: €3.99 per month (EUR)

• Billing frequency: Monthly (recurring)

• Auto-renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel

• Payment method: The payment method on file will be charged automatically each month
